CORE BOARD

The Core Board is here - the John Macleod Agencies2002 World Core Board Champion's Trophy design was officially represented at the 2002 World Waveski Championships in Australia.  The first Core Board World Champion is none other than our own sponsored rider Tracy Sassen. 

This is an exciting surf-discipline - the board is very manoeuvrable and fast and the ergonomically designed seating has many advantages. Besides being better for riders who suffer back discomfort, the unique ability to transfer body weight more radically and over a wider range allow for very aggressive and spectacular surfing.

The board was a winner in the 1999 and 2002 South African Waveski Champs.

The board is propelled either by hands or by using a paddle and is seen as an alternative to the mainstream surfing and lifesaver disciplines.
