RECIPE 1: FRIED EGG AND TOAST
For many blind and visually impaired people, it is quite an ordeal to perform the task of frying an egg. With the recipe below, you can perform this task successfully. It is great for a light meal for the whole family.
For one serving, take a slice of bread and use a medium-sized glass to make a whole within the slice of bread. Keep the round piece of bread. Put the crust frame into a hot pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray or that has a little oil in it. Crack open an egg and pour it into the middle of the bread crust frame. Wait for between three and five minutes, depending on how hard you would like the egg to be. If you like, you can wait for about three minutes and then use a double-sided spatula to turn over your egg-filled piece of bread. If you like, fry the round pieces of bread and put salt or pepper or any other spread on them.
