Our house is located only a few minutes from the bustling city center of Cape Town, the world renowned Victoria & Alfred Waterfront, and the famous beaches of Clifton, Camps Bay & Sandy Bay. For the fitness lovers, eat your heart out at the beautiful Health and Racket Club, just down the road ! Jogging along the boulevard is also great, not even 1 minute from the Guesthouse. 

Restaurants, Pubs and Bars are just 3 blocks down the road, although the silence and tranquility of the garden and the area would make you believe otherwise. 
It is completely safe to just leave your car parked in front of the house, and walk down to all Main Road has to offer.

Built around the 1880's as a beautiful victorian villa, it was completely restored in 1997, and now offers accommodation in 7 stylish, spacious bedrooms (mes) all with telephone, TV, private bathroom, toilet,  Mini Bar and ceiling fan. All rooms have either a couch and/or  loungers. The newly added rooms have a separate lounging area (room  6 and 7), and also have lovely views. 

Two rooms are equipped with an original victorian fire place.
(to keep the winter 'cold' at bay).

In August 2000 our house was graded by the SABS (South African Bureau of Standards) and was graced with a 4 crystal grading (equals 4 ****)
Porfolio of Places graded us a 'luxury' gueshouse in 1999 and  price wise we find our selves in the 'middle class' ratings which guarantees excellent value for money!!

The Guesthouse also has a tranquil and secluded garden with swimming pool in a tropical setting, offering you the opportunity to unwind & enjoy a cocktail next to the pool after a hectic day of sightseeing in and around Cape Town.

Off street parking is available for guests.
Services include an airport transfer (from/to Cape Town International Airport), full business facilities, as well as car rental and day tour bookings.

The relaxed atmosphere of the Guesthouse and the excellent service of your hosts Rick & Roland, who between them speak seven languages 
(Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Portugese, 
Spanish and a bit of Afrikaans) will ensure that you come as Guests and leave as Friends !!
