Broekmanns is an attorney's firm consisting of four professionals and five support staff. Owner, Steve Broekmann, commenced practice for his own account as "Broekmanns" in March 1988. The firm has grown steadily and Steve is now assisted by his wife, Helen.

The range of services offered by Broekmanns includes:

	Property - including conveyancing, sales, leases, transfers and mortgage bonds.
	Litigation - mainly in the High Court in Cape Town and the Cape Town Magistrates' Court, but we are happy to represent clients in any Magistrates' Courts in the Cape Metropolitan area from Simon's Town to Bellville and including Wynberg, Goodwood and Mitchell's Plain. Where cases are heard in other courts eg. the Constitutional Court or the High Courts in other provinces, we can supervise the case but liaise with correspondent firms in those areas.
	Commercial - all forms of agreements including joint ventures, purchase and sale of businessess and companies, corporate re-structuring, franchise, service, distributorship, royalty and know-how agreements.
	Personal Law - divorces, maintenance claims, residence and work permits.
	Estates - wills, administration of deceased estates, estate planning, trusts.
	Labour law - employment contracts, restraints of trade, unfair dismissal.
	Road Accident Fund claims. - (Third party and other personal injury claims)
	Marine Law - arrests, Admiralty claims, fishing quotas and fishing permits.
