- 19 April 2004 - Final results available. The fantastic Air Arms S400 air rifle was presented at the prize giving ceremony to the South African shooter who posted a great 34 with an identical model that he borrowed for the event. Second and third places were also shot with a S400 - also borrowed by both shooters and they posted a 32 - with a shoot off on turkeys to determine the eventual winner.
- 17 April 2004 - Air Arms have donated a beautiful prize for the air rifle event - a new S400 match model rifle will be sponsored and will be up for grabs for the highest score posted. Thank you very much Air Arms - this is a great gesture of goodwill and confidence in the future between yourselves and silhouette shooting.

While we are committed to the right to own firearms and actively promote safe gun handling and training, we do not condone the misuse of firearms in any form. However, we are convinced of the fact that man and not the instrument is the problem - otherwise we would support the banning of knives, forks, spoons and numerous other 'lethal' instruments!
