IS IT POSSIBLE?
How would you feel if an announcement like the following
should come over the radio very soon, "VIRGIN GIVES BIRTH TO A
BABY BOY" or if such should make big headlines over a picture
of a mother and child on TV? A few months ago such would have been scoffed
at as the suggestion of some fool or science fiction writer but suddenly
we have the evidence that such is almost an immediate possibility.
Indeed this may have already taken place and they are throwing out a few
warning notes to cushion the shock of such an announcement. March '97 came
in with the announcement and picture of a CLONED SHEEP in Edinburgh,
an exact copy of her mother!
CLONING
Cloning is part of BIO ENGINEERING which we're hearing
so much talk about these days. Only an expert could explain the technique
to you and even then few would understand it.
A crude definition would be the implanting of a cell from one individual
into another and thereby producing an exact copy of the one from which
the cell was TAKEN.
NOTE: NO MALE IS INVOLVED IN THIS PROCESS whether animal or human,
hence the probability of virgin births.
With this technique A LESBIAN, like any other woman, could have
a baby WITHOUT male involvement.
IMPLICATIONS
The implications in all this tampering with nature are too fearful
to think about but if we are well acquainted with the Bible we will not
be surprised at anything that takes place.
Since 1961, when the first successful cloning took place, experiments have
been proceeding rapidly in plants and animals.
Next we see a picture of CLONED MONKEYS.
Biologically altered BIRDS AND ANIMALS with some horrifying freaks
are being produced.
HUMANS
Be prepared for an announcement like this very soon - "CLONED
HUMANS APPEAR ON TV." DR WILMUT, who cloned the sheep, said at
that time, "The same could be done with humans within 2 YEARS."
The next day it was announced that humans could be cloned in 1 YEAR.
It is already so far advanced that any day now we may hear that cloned
humans are ALREADY HERE.
I hope you don't think we're fools, or fanatics or just scare-mongering.
Any sane person who knows anything about what is going on in laboratories
has good reason to be scared. Yesterday's science fiction is fast becoming
today's reality.
AWESOME INDEED
WHAT GOD SAID of the people of 4000 years ago, when they started
to build a tower that would reach unto heaven, "Now nothing will be
restrained from them which they purpose to do," could certainly be
said of today.
The following quotations and comments are mainly from people involved in
biological research and engineering:
"The possibilities are as endless as they are ghastly: human hybrids,
cloned armies, slave hatcheries" etc.
"Possibility of virgin births."
"Man/animal hybrids are now possible."
" The possibility of animals fathering humans."
They speak of the possibility of cloning great people of the past from
their embalmed bodies. A woman said on the radio she would like to clone
her father so that she could nurse her father.
RESEARCHERS ADMIT "that they slipped human genes...into sheep,
cows and goats...of 29 offspring, one male and one female... carried the
human gene." (Newsweek)
DR DONALD GOOD said "Interfering with genes you could maybe
produce a gigantic race of people that would go on living...This would
be much more serious than the atomic bomb."
"We are doing things we would have thought impossible a few years
ago."
There are "those who believe that A NEW MASTER RACE is secretly
being manufactured in test tubes."
"they are touching the very core of life."(Newsweek)
A DR ROBERT GRAHAM holds a sperm bank, from very special people
with high I.Q. etc., from which women can choose, from the detailed information,
the very special baby they want to bear.
This would be creating "GENETICALLY ENGINEERED HUMANS."
Even in 1986 sixteen such babies had been born.
Critics call it, "Genetic engineering at its most dangerous."
Others compare it to "Hitler's super race" ideals. Because of
the ability now to reproduce the same individual over and over again, a
man in the profession claims "We can make any individual male biologically
immortal."
I leave the question of the souls and spirits of such people to your imagination!
In view of all this development it is significant that on one of our postage
stamps a lewd woman and child, riding on a beast, is chosen to REPRESENT
THE EUROPEAN UNION.
WARNING SIGNS
GOD IS ON THE THRONE of the universe, in complete control. He
is very longsuffering with us humans but there comes a time, as in the
days of Noah, when he warns, "My spirit will not always strive with
man," and judgement was fast approaching.
Some unnatural sex relationships were taking place between fallen angels
and women, resulting in the birth of some abnormal beings called Nephilm.
God saw that "the wickedness of man was great" and corruption
and violence were the order of the day, so God said he would wipe mankind
off the earth and sent the great flood in which all perished except the
few who believed God and heeded Him. (Genesis Chapter 6 and 7)
JESUS SAID that as it was in the days of Noah so it would be in
the days preceding His return. We are now living in the days of which he
spoke (Matthew 24: 37-39)
SIGNS: God said that the heavenly bodies were for "signs"
as well as seasons, etc. (Genesis 1:14) Jesus said there would be "fearful
sights and GREAT SIGNS FROM HEAVEN." (Luke 21:11) According
to the astronomers the last time the HALE/BOPP COMET visited our
world was in Noah's day. Was it a sign of impending judgement? May it,
with several other unusual heavenly activities, be a sign to us that the
fiery judgement spoken of by Peter in 2 Peter 3 is about to engulf this
exceedingly evil world?
JUDGEMENT
At some time in eternity past, SATAN, sought to usurp
the throne and power in heaven saying " I will be like the Most High,"
but swift judgement followed upon him and his followers. (Isaiah 14:12-15;
Ezekiel 28:13-17)
He has always been the enemy of God and his creation, and now in the end
of the age, knowing his time is short, he is seeking THROUGH MAN TO
IMITATE GOD IN CREATION.
"Now nothing will be restrained from them, which they purpose
to do." But God will have the last word and the signs all point to
the fact that judgement by fire is about to envelop our world. (2 Peter
3: 10-14)
ESCAPE
Note some GOOD NEWS in that awesome chapter.
God is "not willing that any should perish but that all should come
to repentance" (v9) and His longsuffering is for our salvation (v15)
and that salvation can be yours through faith in His Son, Jesus Christ,
who came to earth 2000 years ago., took the curse and the sin of all mankind
upon Himself AND GAVE HIMSELF as a sacrifice on a Roman cross so
that all who trust in Him shall be saved.
FURTHER GOOD NEWS in that chapter is that out of the ashes of the
great conflagration "we look for a new heaven and a new earth."

JESUS IS COMING BACK VERY SOON to take his own unto himself, (John
14: 1-3) - the signs assure us.
His appearing will be very fast - as the lightning, (Matthew 24:27) and
very unexpected - as a thief. (2Peter 3:10)
Therefore, heed the warning and be ready.
