SURVEYING PROJECTS
There are various types of surveying projects depending on the industry served. We make use of GPS when needed, otherwise a total station and Psion Workabout loaded with Ceaser is used. For drawing purposes, Model Maker and Autocad is utilised. We mostly specialise in the following, but other projects are also performed:
- contour plans
- farm plans
- setting out of roads and pipelines
- as-builts
- field work for cadastral work
- control work and supervision of earthworks
- setting out of orchards and vineyards
- irrigation setting out

QUANTITY CALCULATIONS
Quantity calculations are provided for companies that require this for the following reasons:
- Pre tender quantities
- Certificate quantities
- As-built quantities
- Insufficient suitable staff for this task
- Quantities needed in an area with no representation

The format that the calculations are presented in is either on paper or electronic format. We utilise techniques and facilities such as a digital camera, calculation software and e-mail.
