BRIVE, France, Oct 3 (Reuter) - Scrum-half Philippe Carbonneau, at the centre of Brive's bar-room brawl with Pontypridd three weeks ago, returns for the holders when they host Bath in the European Cup on Sunday.
The French international, who will be omitted from France's Latin Cup squad this month for disciplinary reasons, has recovered from a broken nose suffered during the brawl in a Brive bar after the home side's 32-31 win.
The Brive captain missed his side's visit to Bath a week later, where they lost 27-25, and the return against Pontypridd in Wales, a 29-29 draw last weekend.
Brive, second and three points behind Bath in Group C, are confident they can reach the quarter-finals.
``We still have all our chances,'' joint coach Pierre Montlaur said. ``It's not going to be at all easy but we have the means to beat anyone, anywhere.''
A Bath draw or victory will ensure they win their group but Brive would still be able to qualify via the play-offs.
