#PE Regs

Enter the #PE reg page. Yep we've gotten babyserv but it's still the most chaotic channel on zanet so here's the new rules .. if you're on the page, except for the getting there section, you get ops. If you see anyone with ops who's not on the page, you've got the right to deop them and say naaa go look at the regs page.

Now please, don't mail and say you're a reg caus u've been on for a whole week or that you know some people in real life. My definition is someone who's been on long enough that you can trust not 2 fuck things up, but there's no set definition. Having u'r nick registered for 3 months doesn't suddenly make you a regular in all channels. The three months period allows you to put your quick kill on so that if you are a reg people can't impersonate u to easily, get ops, and take over the channel blabla ..
