Alcape Fencing - Partitioning

Specification

1. Posts

Constructed from 48mm x 2mm black tube, complete with base plates, twice bolted to the floor with expansion bolts.

2. Horizontal Rails

Constructed from 32mm x 2mm black tube passed through the intermediate posts, welded to end, corner and gate posts.

3. Mesh

Any one of Chainlink, Welded Mesh, Barbed Wire or Barbed Tape may be used.

4. Gates

Gate frames constructed from 32mm x 2mm black tube and covered with mesh to match partitioning. Single and double gates are suitably braced and complete with slip bolt for padlock. Sliding gates are suitably braced, complete with slip bolt for padlock and necessary sliding track, hangers and brackets.
Note: All uprights, horizontals and gate frames are primed and painted with either silver or Alcape Fencing green enamel paint after erection.

5. External Partitioning

5.1 Designed and manufactured to clients requirements.
5.2 Any mesh from the Materials Components (Chainlink, Welded Mesh, Barbed Wire or Barbed Tape) section can be used with this system.
5.3 FINISH: All steel work hot dip galvanised to SABS 763 of 1977.
