Dries Velthuizen, the owner/manager of the centre, is a South African who enjoys twenty five years of general management experience. His wife Sarie, co-owner of the corporation, is managing the virtual and home office with an efficiency she developed during her eighteen years in the military. Sarie and Dries stayed in Namibia and Swaziland and has a keen interest and good experience in travel and hospitality. A Masters Degree, obtained from the University of South Africa, combined with a passion for the African environment, enables Dries to not only provide a professional service to the holiday maker, but also to the researcher and historian. The small management team of Sarie and Dries is supplemented by an extensive network of service providers and researchers, providing all the knowledge and physical resources needed to ensure a professional service. |

-We will confirm final arrangements with you by e-mail or fax
-Your guide will meet you at the airport/harbour and will be your host
for the duration of the visit. He/she will be in constant contact
with our operation room until you depart.
-You will receive a full briefing on your itinerary and security soon
after your arrival.
-We guarantee your money back if we can not deliver exactly
the product as accepted by you, subject to our terms of agreement.
